| Payment terms: | SMEs:
Payment of the cost of the products specified in the specification is carried out after documenting the delivery by the Contractor and acceptance by the Customer of the delivered products in accordance with Section IV of this Contract, within 45 calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the waybill and passing the input control based on the original invoice for payment, invoice -Factures received from the Contractor.
For the winner of the SME entity:
Payment of the cost of the products specified in the specification is carried out after documenting the delivery by the Contractor and acceptance by the Customer of the delivered products in accordance with Section IV of this Contract, within 30 calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the consignment note and passing the input control based on the original invoice for payment, invoice -Factures received from the Contractor. |
