| Payment terms: | For a winner who is NOT a SME:
Payment for the cost of the products specified in the specification is carried out after documentary confirmation of delivery by the Contractor and acceptance by the Customer delivered, within 45 calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the consignment note and passing the incoming control on the basis of the original invoice for payment, invoice received from the Contractor.
For a winner who is an SME:
Payment for the cost of the products specified in the specification is carried out after documentary confirmation of delivery by the Contractor and acceptance by the Customer of the delivered one, within 15 working days from the date of signing by the Parties of the consignment note and passing the incoming control on the basis of the original invoice for payment, invoice received from the Contractor. |
