Procedure and conditions for participation in the request for proposals
The place of the request for proposals is the b2b-center.ru electronic trading system.
Participation in this request for proposals is free of charge.

Request for proposals will be carried out in accordance with the Application-Specification (Appendix No. 1) in accordance with the Terms of Reference.

From participants who submitted proposals in the previous stages, the increase in prices is categorically not accepted.

Request for proposals with possible extensions after the end of the main time.

To participate in this stage, you need to send:
• agreement with the terms of reference and readiness to sign a standard form of the Customer's agreement, in the form of an official letter in free form on the Company's letterhead in PDF format with the signature and seal of the organization by uploading the documents to the ETP;
• bidding regulations in PDF format with the signature and seal of the organization by uploading documents to the ETP;
• Application form "Qualification requirements" (Appendix No. 3) in Excel and PDF formats with the signature and seal of the organization by uploading documents to the ETP;
• Counterparty card (Appendix No. 4) in Excel and PDF format with the signature and seal of the organization by uploading documents to the ETP;
• if the Company is on the simplified taxation system, it is necessary to send a supporting document by uploading documents to the ETP;

We draw your attention to the need to provide photos of products in accordance with the "sample request" file, all photos are provided in a separate archived folder.

A commercial proposal must be valid for at least one year from the date of the request for proposals.
