Dear Partner,

The company Pirelli Russia, represented by LLC PC "KIROV TYR", offers to take part in the internal procedure for selecting a contractor for the work specified in the terms of reference.
For contractors who did not participate in the procedures of LLC PC "KIROV TYR", it is possible to issue a promo code for free participation. To do this, you need to contact the commercial representative of Pirelli Russia at the contacts below.

CONDITIONS OF THE PROCEDURE:

The procedure is carried out in one stage in real time. The second stage of collecting proposals for "rebidding" is possible only in exceptional cases.
The duration of the procedure may be extended at the request of the participant. To do this, you need to contact a representative of Pirelli Russia.
Participation implies consent to enter into contractual relations with Kirov Tyr PC LLC on the terms provided for in the attached form of the contract and appendices. In case of disagreement – a protocol of disagreements must be attached to the commercial offer.

In the case of concluding a contract for construction and installation work, a mandatory condition is the provision of an estimated calculation / estimate, issued in accordance with the General Requirements for the preparation and execution of estimated calculations/estimates of the Kirov Tyr PC company.


SUBMITTING AN OFFER:

The final price request must be accompanied by a commercial offer with an indication of the cost issued on the official letterhead of the organization with the signature and seal of an authorized person.

In the commercial offer, you must specify:

Any discrepancies with the requirements of the terms of reference (for example, terms, warranty obligations, etc.)
Information about the involvement of subcontractors with a list of their names and TIN.

After the completion of the stage of collecting proposals, the representative of Pirelli Russia will contact the representative of the counterparty to organize further steps.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
The request for proposals is not a tender in the understanding of the current legislation and does not fall under the regulation of Articles 447-449 of Part one of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and other legislative acts (44-FZ, 223-FZ, etc.). The notification is an invitation to suppliers to make offers to the organizer of the request for proposals. The application for participation is an offer of a potential participant of the request for proposals. At the same time, the organizer of the request for proposals has no obligation to conclude a contract based on its results.
