Documents for participation:
- technical and commercial proposal in the form of OZON (template in the attachment);
- the completed questionnaire of the counterparty in the OZON form (template in the attachment) in excel and pdf format.
The contract is concluded in the form of OZON (in the attachment). By submitting the KP, you confirm your consent to conclude an agreement in the form of OZON, and also confirm your agreement with the payment terms.
At the request of the Customer, it is necessary to provide people and equipment for cleaning the roof from snow and snow removal within 10 days. Clean the roof and remove the snow within 5 p.d.
The volumes are agreed with the Customer before starting work.
The roof is flat, with a PVC membrane coating, and therefore it is not allowed to use tools with sharp cutting edges (picks, crowbars, bayonet shovels) during work, it is not allowed to carry out fire work on the roof.
Work should be carried out in such a way as not to damage the roof and the lightning protection located on it.
The roof scheme is placed in the technical specification

| Оговорка 2.: | Организатор вправе приложить к заявке форму договора. Направление Участником заявки на участие в запросах означает согласие Участника, в случае признания его победителем, подписать договор по прилагаемой форме.
В случае принятия Организатором решения о признании Участника победителем запроса и заключении с ним договора, Участник обязан заключить договор по форме, прилагаемой к заявке на участие в запросе. В случае отказа от заключения договора по прилагаемой форме, Организатор вправе отказать Участнику в заключении договора без применения к Организатору каких-либо санкций. |
