Обоснование: Закупочная комиссия ОАО ГМЗ приняла решение о разделении объема на части в связи с качественными характеристиками, цены, полученной в ходе переторжки, страны производителя и признала победителями двух участников:
1. ЗАО «Магнитогорский завод прокатных валков» - закупочные позиции 4, 5, 6
общей стоимостью 14 324 720,00руб без НДС с доставкой до склада Покупателя. Условие оплаты 50% предоплата, 50% предоплата по факту готовности.

2. АО «Уральский завод прокатных валков» - закупочные позиции 1, 2, 3, 7
общей стоимостью 11 103 470,00руб без НДС с доставкой до склада Покупателя. Условие оплаты 30% предоплата, 70% предоплата по факту готовности.
