Comments:
If the Participant does not have the technical ability to submit an offer through the functionality of the electronic marketplace, the Organizer of the Procedure shall be entitled to accept an offer from such participant email gmz_b2b@gmz.kuzbass.net by uploading this offer to the site by yourself through the System functionality, subject to the following conditions:
- Member must be registered in the System;
- The offer must be received at least 6 business hours prior to the Notice deadline for the Offers and must be notified of the person in charge on the phone.
The documents should include a formal letter of appeal to the Procurement Procurement Organizer requesting an electronic version of its proposal and waiving any claim that The Offer will not be placed in the System by the Participant.
Please note that this request is not a notice of competition or a public announcement and is not regulated by Article 447-449 Part 1 of the Russian Civil Code, Article 1057-1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil liability on the Organizer and reserves the right to refuse the offers received for any reason or terminate the selection process at any time without incurring any liability to Participants.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.

Поставка в соответствии с графиком. Условие оплаты: 50% предоплата за каждую партию за 30 дней до даты отгрузки, 50% предоплата по факту уведомления о готовности к отгрузке.
