Delivery terms:1. Determining the location of shorelines (boundaries of a water body), determining the boundaries of water protection zones and the boundaries of coastal protective strips of an unnamed stream in the area of the object's territory, including the preparation of cartographic materials (formation of a map plan, XML files. Technical support of project documentation in authorized organizations for the purpose of entering information into the state water register, as well as entering information into the EGRN about a water object – a part of a stream without a name.
Receipt of the administrative act of the authorized state authority of the subject of the Russian Federation on the approval of the boundaries of the location of the coastline, and information about the location of the coastline of the water
body included in the State Water Register, with the receipt of an extract from the GWR.
2. Development of a special section "Impact assessment, damage calculation, compensation measures in the production of projected works during the implementation of the project of the object".
Technical support of the approval of the design documentation of treatment facilities in the Moscow-Oka territorial Administration of Rosrybolovstvo.
3. Development of the section "List of environmental protection measures" for the project of treatment facilities
4. Collection of initial data for registration of the Decision on the provision of a water body for use in accordance with the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 18 of 19.01.2022 "On the preparation and adoption of a decision on the provision of a water body for use" with the submission of documents to the Ministry of Ecology and Nature Management of the Moscow region and technical support for obtaining a decision on the right to use a water body, including obtaining references on monthly precipitation distribution
5. Development and coordination in the Moscow-Oka Basin Water Management of a program of regular observations of a water body

Comments:
All work is carried out "turnkey" with materials and by the Contractor. The cost of work includes delivery of equipment and materials to the facility,
consumables, travel expenses and other costs.
Work should be carried out in accordance with the requirements of standards (SP, SNiP, GOST, PUE 7, POTEE, etc.) in force on the territory of the Russian Federation, working documentation and this Technical Specification;
The materials used, equipment, tools must comply with GOST, technical specifications applicable in the territory of the Russian Federation, have the necessary certificates and permits.
