Payment terms:The advance is not provided.
Settlements under the Agreement are made by the Customer by transferring funds to the account of the Contractor / Contractor on the first working Tuesday or Thursday (whichever comes first) after 30-60 calendar days from the date of signing by both parties of the Act of work performed, services rendered ( Form No. Н-А4), subject to the timely submission of an invoice (or UPD).
The payment term under the contract is determined by the participant independently from the specified range and is established in the contract concluded with him (the preferred value of the payment term is 60 calendar days).
The decision on choosing the winner will be made on the most favorable terms for PJSC TATNEFT using a financial calculator (Appendix No. 3a)
Delivery terms:From the date of conclusion of the contract (but no later than 01.04.2020) to 12.31.2022
Georeferencing:Russia, Republic of Tatarstan (Tatarstan), Wells in the areas of drilling operations of PJSC Tatneft in the Republic of Tatarstan

The tender is held in the form of a single request for proposals. The tender procedure is not extended.

В связи с чем, необходимо заблаговременно подать свое предложение. Лот будет разыгран без проведения редукциона и переторжек. Выбор победителя будет осуществляться на основании единственного предложения.
ВАЖНАЯ ИНФОРМАЦИЯ!!:В связи с участившимися случаями необоснованного отказа от поданного коммерческого предложения / от заключения договора, принято решение об изменении правил включения Участников закупочных процедур в стоп-лист ПАО «Татнефть». В случае первого необоснованного отказа – включение в стоп-лист сроком на 6 месяцев, в случае повторного отказа – на постоянной основе.
ВАЖНАЯ ИНФОРМАЦИЯ!!!:В случае отсутствия справки ФНС по форме КНД 1120101, данный документ возможно предоставить в течение 3-х рабочих дней после завершения процедуры. С 14.01.2019 в тендерных процедурах, где организатором является ПАО «Татнефть» (Центр закупок) продление сроков завершения тендера НЕ предусмотрено! В связи с чем, необходимо заблаговременно подать свое предложение. Лот будет разыгран без проведения редукциона и переторжек. Выбор победителя будет осуществляться на основании единственного предложения. Извещение о результатах процедуры будет доступно во вкладке "Файлы, загруженные организатором" после подведения итогов.
