Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

SPECIAL ATTENTION TO THE REQUIREMENTS:

Commercial offers, the cost of which is fixed in rubles, are considered.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS FOR THE COMMERCIAL OFFER:

The proposal should consist of the following sections:
1. Presentation of the solution.

2. The technical part of the proposal containing:
- Upper level plan of the project;
- Description of project implementation approach and milestones, with obligatory indication of control points (key milestones);
- Review of the main results of the phases;
- Description of the project team with CV and confirmation of the time of participation in the project;
- Description of possible limitations in the implementation of the project: functional, technical, organizational and other; $
- Methodology of approach to development and implementation;
- Confirmed experience in Russian companies related to custom-made development, implementation and subsequent support of developed IP (indicating contacts for organization of reference visits)
- Guarantee of achievement of result (why choice guarantees result).

3. Commercial part of the proposal containing:
- The cost of services with the indication of the fixed cost for each stage of the project (including VAT, excluding VAT);
- The list of planned resources (resource plan) for the implementation of the project: Full name, role in the project,% of employment on the project of employees of the executor and% of employment of employees of the Customer;
- The cost of the daily rate for each role;
- The cost of the annual support.
