Restriction on submission of a bid higher than previously submitted
Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:
The Buyer shall pay to the Supplier the sum in the amount of 10 (one hundred) percent of the consignment value within ten (10) business days from provision of the shipping documents (commercial invoice, consignment note or waybill).
Delivery terms:
1. The price shall be specified on Ex-Works basis, Supplier's warehouse, the location of the shipment warehouse shall be specified.
2. Packing list, specifying the quantity of goods, must be attached to each cargo package
3. Warranty periods for goods and materials must be valid at least from the date of receipt of goods and materials by the customer, or from the date of commissioning of goods and materials (one of the options is required).
4. The supplied products shall be new, not previously used and compliant with the requirements specification;

Please note, that this request is not a notice of tender (public tender) or public offer and is not regulated by Art. 447 - 449 of Part 1 of the Civil Code, Art. 1057 - 1061 of Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
