This Request is not a tender (including in the form of a tender, auction or other form) or a public tender governed by Articles 447-449, 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, and does not impose obligations on Salavatsteklo JSC provided for by the above-mentioned articles of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation , as well as obligations to conclude a contract with the person who sent the most advantageous offer.
The request may be canceled at any time prior to summarizing.
In case of changing the conditions of the Request or its cancellation, expenses incurred by any person in connection with participation in the Request, including those associated with participation in negotiations, are not reimbursed.

The most advantageous offer for Salavatsteklo JSC is selected based on the assessment of the following criteria:
- the counterparty is a member of the SRO and has access to works that affect the safety of capital construction projects.
- payment is preferable within 30 calendar days from the date of installation (installation);
- it is preferable to conclude the Agreement in the standard form of Salavatsteklo JSC (the contract form can be provided to the selection participant upon request);
Salavatsteklo JSC has the right to refuse to participate in the Request in the following cases:
- a commercial offer is received after a specified period;
- the terms of the offer do not comply with the terms of this notice;
- a commercial offer contains false information;
- the person who sent the proposal is in the process of liquidation or reorganization, or insolvency (bankruptcy) proceedings have been initiated against him;
- in any other case, on the basis of internal procedures, with the right not to explain the reasons for the refusal.
Salavatsteklo JSC has the right not to motivate its decision to determine the winner of the selection.
