1) All questions via the platform.
2) The goods must be marked and packed in a special container (packaging) that meets the standards, technical specifications, mandatory rules and requirements for packaging and packaging. 3) The supplied equipment must be new, without operating time.
4) Filling in additional information is mandatory.
5) In case of discrepancy between the information specified in the commercial offer and the electronic platform, the information specified on the trading platform is accepted for consideration
6) The contract can be signed in foreign currency, but the offer on the trading platform according to the rules must be presented STRICTLY in RUBLES, in terms of the exchange rate of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation on 05/25/2023
