3. Payment for the goods can be made by the Buyer by transferring to the Supplier a bank bill of the SB RF with a maturity of 30 days. The transfer of the bill is carried out according to the act of acceptance and transfer.

2. The delivery time of the goods to the Buyer's warehouse is up to 30 calendar days after signing the specification.

If the specified documents are not provided, the Customer has the right to reject the offer (offer).
