Payment terms:
The Buyer shall make a payment by transferring the money to the Supplier's settlement account in the following order: 100% within 60 (sixty) calendar days after receipt of goods at the Buyer's warehouse. In case an advance payment is foreseen, the Supplier shall submit an irrevocable bank guarantee for the amount not less than that of the advance payment, issued by a bank included in the top fifty largest Russian banks or international banks with a rating of at least BB + / Baa2;
Delivery terms:
Delivery time: 30 days from signing the contract. The Supplier shall deliver the products to the Buyer's warehouse by himself and at his own expense. Be sure to provide a quality passport or another document certifying the quality of the goods when the item becomes available. The supplied products shall be new, not restored.
