Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:
1. Payment for the Goods is made in Russian rubles in the form of a non-cash payment by transferring funds to the settlement account specified by the Supplier.
2. The price is determined in accordance with an Additional Agreement of the parties on the cost for a period of time (for a month, for a quarter, until the end of the year or until the end of the term of this agreement) and is indicated in rubles of the Russian Federation. The Buyer pays the Supplier for the delivered waste paper, LDPE, stretch in accordance with the invoice in the invoice TORG – 12. The cost of the batch is indicated in the invoices.
3. According to the results of Acceptance, the Buyer within 3 (three) working days from the date of receipt of the Goods sends the Supplier by facsimile or by e-mail, followed by the provision of the originals of the PSA signed by the authorized person of the Buyer for the Goods and the consignment note with copies of the invoices signed by him for the received batch.
4. The buyer uses personal transport to receive and transport the goods.
Delivery terms:
1. Cardboard is issued by a shaft, not addressed.
2. The Supplier agrees with the Buyer an Application for the export of the batch in accordance with a pre-agreed schedule, or 12 hours before the shipment of the goods to the Buyer, but at least once a week. The application is submitted in a free form, by an authorized person of the Supplier by telephone or electronic communication to the Buyer's manager.
3. The supplier, in the application submitted for execution the next day, before 17.00, provides information about the place, time of shipment, quantity of goods in pallet places and the responsible person.
4. The Supplier undertakes to ensure the transfer of the goods and the loading of the Buyer's transport within a period not exceeding 1 hour from the moment the Buyer's transport arrives at the agreed time for the batch.
