Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Contract in rubles
Within 10 (ten) working days from the date of receipt of the documents, the Customer undertakes to electronically give his consent or express a reasoned objection to the submitted documents. In case of receiving a reasoned objection to the submitted documents, the Contractor makes an adjustment, or expresses a reasoned refusal to make an adjustment. The result of these approvals is the confirmation of the reports by the Customer. If no objections are received from the Customer within the specified period, reports and a set of documents, including an invoice, an act of services rendered, are considered to be confirmed by the Customer without comments.
The Customer is obliged to transfer the remuneration to the Contractor after 30 (thirty) days, but no later than 37 (thirty five) business days from the moment the Customer receives the originals of closing documents
The invoice must indicate the cost center (basis of payment) of the Customer, an invoice issued without specifying the cost center No. 6011600000 will not be accepted for payment, any sanctions on such an invoice for late payment are not applied.
The Customer's obligation to pay is considered fulfilled from the moment the funds are debited from the correspondent account of the Customer's bank according to the details specified in this Agreement
The Contractor has the right to change tariffs no more than twice a year with the prior written approval of the Customer
Prices in the participant's form are indicated including VAT (if VAT is not applied, justification is required)
