Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:
Final calculation on the basis of the agreement signed by the Parties on delivery of completed works on the order, with a delay of not more than 30 calendar days (for SMSP), and not less than 60 (sixty) and not more than 90 (ninety) calendar days (for not SMSP) from the date Signing of the Act of acceptance of the executed works, provided the Contractor submitted the complete set of the following documents to the Customer:
ü Accounts;
ü of the Act of Acceptance of completed works (Form № KS-2), signed by the Parties;
ü information on the cost of work performed and costs (Form № KS-3), signed by the Parties;
