3. Works performed:
3.1. Dismantling of the existing bridge crane No. 6 reg. No. 4812/P, with cutting and removal to
scrap metal up to 7 km (crane weight 21,216 tons).
PS: The span of the crane L=28.5 m; The mark of the rail head = 10 m; The weight of the main parts of the crane
bridge =11,751; Weight of the trolley with mechanisms = 4,731 tons.
4. Brief technical description:
Electric bridge grab crane No. 6 (Q=10tn) - installed in the CGE (Section
No. 6) and intended for lifting and transport operations.
5. The purpose of the work:
Dismantling of a worn-out electric bridge crane.
6. Requirements for the Contractor during dismantling:
6.1. The contractor must have the necessary production and human resources to
to perform this work, to be a member of a self-regulating organization. Have the certification of the head, ITR and workers on industrial safety and the presence of a medical permit.
6.2. Before the start of the work, the contractor develops the PPR and coordinates it with the customer.
6.3. Placement of workers engaged in the performance of dismantling, installation and commissioning
the works are performed by the Contractor.
6.4. Availability of lifting machines, transport equipment, traction devices, devices, mechanisms, slings, ropes and the necessary tools.
6.5. Electric welding, gas cutting equipment and consumables for them
it is provided by the Contractor of the works.
6.6. Production of works under the possible influence of harmful production factors:
dustiness, gas contamination, noise.
6.7. Production of works in the cramped conditions of an operating enterprise (workshop). The operating mode of the enterprise is round-the-clock.
6.8. Prior to registration of the work permit, the Contractor is obliged to provide the Customer with the following documents:
- a copy of the certificate (SRO) for the right to perform this type of work; - copies of documents confirming the presence of a labor protection service and/or a labor protection specialist in the contractor (an order on appointment to a position in a subordinate organization, a certificate of a labor protection specialist) or the existence of a contract with an accredited organization in the field of providing labor protection services;
- a copy of the instruction on labor protection from the journal of instructions; - POR or PPR or RTI; - a copy of the protocol of certification of workers on labor protection;
- copies of certificates of certification of ITR for labor protection and general industrial safety requirements. When performing work on gas, on pressure vessels, using GPM, in electrical installations, fire works – copies of certificates for each type of work;
- medical admission of personnel;
- copies of certificates of gas and electric welders, slingers, crane operators, lifts (towers). For gas and electric welders, copies of the PTM certification protocols.
If the information in the submitted documents is found to be inconsistent with the requirements of regulatory legal acts, the Customer has the right to initiate an audit by the OT and PB service in matters of Labor Protection and Industrial Safety in the Contractor's organization.
The Contractor notifies the Customer about the fulfillment of all these conditions in writing with the attachment of all supporting documents. Failure to comply with the terms of this clause by the Contractor gives the Customer the right to prevent the Contractor from performing the work, the delay in performing the work in this case is the fault of the Contractor.
7. Payment terms:
Payment of 100% upon completion of the work.
