Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.
Assignment of the 1st rank (position) to a bid does not imply the bidder's winning, but enhances the bid's preferability for the Buyer when selecting the winner, all other factors being equal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Special requirements for participants:
1. Payment Terms - deferral of 60 cal.days
2. Warranty - 24 months for work performed, 24 months for used consumables and automation.
3. Duration of work - 21 cd
4. Prices should be indicated only in rubles. Confirmation of fixing the value in rubles is required until 12/30/20
5. The term for the preparation of the construction task and its delivery to the construction site: 7 calendar days.
6. The ability to exit to the object without a contract. by letter of guarantee (in the form of Tander JSC)
7. Submission of price offers only in RUBLES.

IMPORTANT! It is necessary to fill out and attach the following files to the main application (in the attachment):
- Template for KP for installation and commissioning;
- Appendix 11 Member Card

Free participation
EDS is not required
A procurement participant can repeatedly improve its price offer until the end of filing.
Only one legal entity can participate in the competitive procedure from a group of affiliated (related) companies. Otherwise, it is considered as a restriction of competition and is the basis for withdrawing from the competition all affiliated participants.

This request for proposals procedure is not an auction or competition, does not fall under the scope of Article.Article. 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and does not entail the occurrence of legal obligations of the Customer at the choice of the supplier.
