Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

1. The procedure and terms of payment - in accordance with the conditions specified in the description (name) of the lot.
2. Prices should be indicated only in rubles. Confirmation of fixing the value in rubles until 01.11.20
3. Warranty period: 36 months for equipment, 24 months for work and materials
4. The deadline is 30 calendar days.
5. The term for the preparation of the construction task and its delivery to the construction site: 14 calendar days
6. If a participant does not provide a complete package of documents upon request, proposals from such participants will not be considered and additional. requests for missing documentation will not be sent
7. The main / profile activity of the organization and work experience - installation of chemical agents, from 1 year

Submission of price offers only in RUBLES.

EDS is not required
A procurement participant may repeatedly improve its price offer until the end of filing.
Only one legal entity can participate in the competitive procedure from a group of affiliated (related) companies. Otherwise, it is considered as restriction of competition and is the basis for withdrawing from the competition all affiliated participants.
