Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Please read the procurement documentation carefully.

Special requirements for participants:
1. The procedure and terms of payment - no advance payment, the end of settlement is not earlier than 60, but not later than 70 business days, from the moment of signing the acts.
2. Prices must be quoted in rubles only.
3. Confirmation of fixing the value in rubles until 12/30/2020
4. Warranty period: for work performed 24 months, for used consumables and automation - 24 months, for equipment 36 months.
5. The term of the work is 45 k.d.
6. The main / core activity of the organization and work experience - installation of chemical equipment, from 1 year
7. Time for preparing a construction assignment and issuing it to a construction site: 7 calendar days
8. The equipment is ready for shipment no later than 30 cd. from the start date of construction and installation works.
9. Delivery / installation conditions: by the Supplier.
10. The need for accreditation in JSC "Tander" to consider the results of the tender and further work
11. If a participant provides an incomplete package of documents upon request, proposals from such participants will not be considered.

IMPORTANT! It is necessary to complete and attach the following files to the main application (in the attachment):
- Appendix 11. Participant card

The procurement participant can repeatedly improve his price offer until the end of the submission of bids.

Attention! Only one legal entity can take part in the tender procedure from a group of affiliated (related) companies. Otherwise, it is considered as restriction of competition and is the basis for the withdrawal from the competition of all affiliated participants.
