Bidders can submit their proposals for certain lots of the call for bids, but necessarily for all the items within a selected lot

Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms and conditions - according to the terms and conditions specified in the lot description (name)
Prices must be quoted in rubles only. Confirmation of value fixing in rubles till 24.11.2021
Warranty period: 24 months for work performed, consumables and automation for 24 months.
Main/profile activity of the organization and work experience - CW installation, from 1 year
The completion date is 23 kd for the dismantling/installation work of the XM, 7 kd for commissioning.
Duration of preparation of the construction assignment and delivery to the construction site: 7 calendar days
If a participant does not provide a complete package of documents upon request, offers from such participants will not be considered and additional requests for missing documentation will not be sent
Estimated start date: 25.10.2021

Need for accreditation at Tander JSC to review the results of the tender and further work
The original contract signed by the counterparty must be received by the Customer within 7 calendar days from the date of sending the specified document to the Contractor
Due to various factors (construction readiness of the facility, supply of refrigerated furniture, etc.), a simple crew is possible, but in all circumstances the work must be completed by the date of the holiday openings.
