Ranking of bids

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

This request for proposals procedure is not a competition, and its conduct is not regulated by Articles 447-449 of Part One of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This request for proposals procedure is also not a public tender and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1061 of Part Two of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure for requesting prices does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Customer.

The customer has the right to conduct stage 2 (rebidding) in case of unsatisfactory results at the first stage. NO MORE THAN 30% OF APPLICANTS WITH THE BEST PRICES FROM THE TOTAL NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS will be admitted TO the rebidding


The winner of the procedure will be recognized as the bidder's proposal, which, according to the decision of the Tender Committee, offers the best conditions in accordance with the requirements and criteria of the procedure
