Payment terms - mandatory 100% postponement of 60 calendar days for the equipment, delivery from the moment of acceptance of the equipment at the facility by the responsible JSC "Thunder".
Price fixing until 31.08.2023 inclusive.
The CA's consent to sign the standard form of the contract with appendices without a protocol of disagreement (in the attachment). In the absence of a valid contract with JSC "Thunder".
The calculation of the cost of the work must be carried out according to the attached TP and the customer's assignment.
In the cost of work , it is necessary to take into account:
- the duration of the work and the approximate start date of the work are indicated in the invitation to participate and the task
- the time of work will be negotiated point-by-point for each day with the Ministry of Health on the spot
- the installation team is at the facility during the entire period of work;
- dismantling, packaging, pasting, selection according to the list of the current ST TK, removal to the household.yard
- installation, installation of shelf CD, skidding with household.yard cleaning of unnecessary components after installation
- have a ROME for packing with you.
When choosing an installation organization for shelving equipment, it is mandatory to take into account the criteria listed below:
1. experience in assembling racks
2. the ability to read the scheme and configuration of the arrangement of shelving equipment (Addressing)
3. presence of the installation supervisor at the facility
4. implementation of all necessary measures to ensure the safety of customers and staff of the shopping facility, during dismantling / installation work, after the end of each work shift.
The consent of the spacecraft to mandatory special measures to ensure safety during the dismantling work and after the end of the work shift.

The bidder may repeatedly improve his price offer until the end of the submission of applications.
