Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.
Assignment of the 1st rank (position) to a bid does not imply the bidder's winning, but enhances the bid's preferability for the Buyer when selecting the winner, all other factors being equal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:4. Payment for work performed and accepted by the customer of the work is done on the basis of monthly invoices within 90 days from the date of signing by the parties of the Act of acceptance of the executed works (form COP-2) and information about the cost of work performed and costs (form COP-3)

5. If necessary payment counterparty issued advance payment bank guarantee should be provided with advance payment. Text banking guarantees and Bank-guarantor aligned parties. The guarantee must be issued by a bank guarantee from the list of the top 20 on the net assets of Russian banks and foreign banks-guarantors have a rating below "AA-" on the scale of S&P ("high quality") or similar rating international rating agencies.
