The choice of the most advantageous offer for Salavatsteklo JSC is carried out taking into account the assessment of the following criteria:
- it is preferable to defer payment of 30 calendar days from the date of signing the certificate of completion
- it is preferable to conclude an Agreement according to the standard form of JSC "Salavatsteklo"
Salavatsteklo JSC has the right to refuse to participate in the Request in the following cases:
- the commercial proposal was received after the expiration of the specified period;
- the terms of the commercial offer do not comply with the terms of this notice;
- the commercial offer contains false information;
- the person who sent the commercial proposal is in the process of liquidation or reorganization, or insolvency (bankruptcy) proceedings have been initiated against him;
- in any other case, on the basis of internal procedures, with the right not to explain the reasons for the refusal.
JSC "Salavatsteklo" has the right not to motivate its decision to determine the winner of the selection.

Требования к исполнителю:
1. Членство в СРО;
2. Высокий уровень квалификации работников, знание и соблюдение требований правил пожарной безопасности, требований электробезопасности, правил охраны труда и техники безопасности, санитарных норм, мер по защите окружающей среды на объектах Заказчика;
3. Соблюдение требований действующих НТД;
4. Наличие необходимой современной поверенной приборной и инструментальной базы.
