Comments:
Legal entities that meet the following qualification requirements are allowed to participate in the procedure:
1) Having all the necessary licenses to carry out activities and all the necessary crusts for employees (for hot work, slingers, high-altitude work)
2) They have a license for a type of activity, or a corresponding document from an authorized body, which gives the right to legally collect (procure), store, process and sell scrap and waste of ferrous and non-ferrous metals.
3) Have the legal capacity to conclude a sales contract

The following documents are attached to the application:
1. All copies of licenses for the right to carry out activities.
2. Commercial offer on the letterhead of the organization indicating tonnage and% of clogging.
3. Completed counterparty card in the form of PJSC "Zvezda".

Participants who have not provided these documents on the trading floor will not be considered.
