Comments:
1. Proposals from Bidders are accepted, according to the attached Requirements Specification.
2. Payment for the works actually performed by the Contractor shall be made by the Customer within 5 (five) banking days after signing the act of acceptance of the completed works, after presentation of the invoice by the Contractor. The Contractor is obliged to provide an invoice for the amount of work performed and accepted by the Customer no later than five days from the date of signing the act of acceptance of the work performed.
The cost of the resulting scrap metal is credited to the Customer's payment for the Contractor's work.
3. This request for proposals is not a competitive bidding process or a public tender within the meaning of Articles 447-449, 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. All actions prior to the signing of the contract with the winner of the competition are considered pre-contractual work and do not impose obligations on the organizer exceeding those listed in the terms of the competition.
