Comments: Two step procedure:
1. pre-qualification stage, phase 2 — request commercial proposals.
Participants are required to upload to the B2B Center ETP:
- Tender application (form in attachment),
- Qualification questionnaire with applications on the form of Glavstroy-SPB Specialized Developer LLC (download from www.glavstroi-spb.ru/tenders)
- a topical extract from the SRO membership register.
To obtain the ID of the Qualification Qualification Questionnaire number (required when completing the Application), you must upload it via the Headmaster-SPB website
Instructions for completing the questionnaire:
1. "Download the questionnaire and its apps" at www.glavstroi-spb.ru/tenders
2. prepare applications for the pdf questionnaire and excel questionnaire.
3. By clicking "Send a Filled Application Quonnaire", open the custom form to fill in (submit prepared files).
4. In the custom form, enter an email address to receive the ID number of the questionnaire.
Please note that the documents
1. must be designed strictly according to the defined forms, complete in full volume (including "YES" marks in the questionnaire on sheets 5-7 "specialization", according to the directions activities of the company and subject to experience in performing these types of work),
2. signed by the supervisor and are certified with the seal of the organization.
The data you uploaded is the basis for deciding whether the organization is allowed to tender.
Participant proposals are submitted in the form of an electronic document signed with an electronic digital signature.
Participants who have qualified under this procedure will be invited to participate in Phase 2 of the procurement procedure. This pre-qualification is not a bidding notice and is not a public offer, the Organizer has no obligation to the suppliers who have participated in the request, including obligations to enter into any contracts with the persons who sent their proposals.
This pre-qualification is not a bid or a public competition in the understanding of Article 447-449.1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Therefore, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer.
The Organizer has the right to refuse to conduct the procedure at any stage without incurring any material liability to the Participants.
The Promoter reserves the right to extend and/or change the date of consideration of the Participants' proposals and to take up the pre-qualification results.
