Comments: Customer requirements:
1) payment for the work performed will be made at the expense of returnable reinforced concrete structures and materials (except for scrap ferrous and non-ferrous metal);
2) The contractor must be an active member of the SRO
3) the work is carried out with the material and special equipment of the Contractor;
4) cleaning and removal of construction waste, storage of the formed scrap metal, sorting of scrap metal by categories (5A: more than 5 mm thick, 12A: up to 5 mm thick) is carried out by the Contractor to the place specified by the Customer (located at the production site);
5) before issuing a commercial proposal, clarify the volume of construction and installation work independently, with a visit to the object; Confirm the cost of the costs with a local estimate in the WinRIK program.
The work is delivered on a turnkey basis: all reinforced concrete structures must be dismantled, all scrap metal cut into pieces no longer than 6 meters, sorted and stored. Subsequent change (increase) in the cost of work is not allowed.
6) provision of the following documents (before the start of work):
- Certified lists of workers admitted to work;
- Certified copies of the workplace briefing journal;
- Certified copies of orders on the appointment of those responsible for OT, IS, Vysotu, Elbez. etc.
- Copies of certificates-protocols for the persons specified in the order;
- Copies of medical certificates for work at height;
- Copies of certificates of workers on labor protection and work at height;
- Work permit for work at height;
- Certificate of admission for the production of construction and installation works on the territory of an operating enterprise (organization);
- Help about the material and technical resources of the organization.
7) Reclamation of the site after dismantling is strictly required.
