Payment terms:
Payment for the work will be made on the materials formed during the dismantling (with the exception of ferrous and non-ferrous scrap)
Delivery terms:
Cleaning and removal of construction debris, storage of the resulting scrap metal, sorting of scrap metal by category (5A: more than 5 mm thick, 12A: up to 5 mm thick) is carried out by the Contractor to the place specified by the Customer (located on the production site)

Comments: Customer requirements:
1) payment for the work performed will be made at the expense of returnable reinforced concrete structures and materials (with the exception of scrap ferrous and non-ferrous metal);
2) The contractor must be an active member of the SRO
3) the work is carried out by the Contractor's material and special equipment;
4) cleaning and removal of construction debris, storage of the resulting scrap metal, sorting of scrap metal by category (5A: more than 5 mm thick, 12A: up to 5 mm thick) is carried out by the Contractor to the place specified by the Customer (located on the production site);
5) before setting up the KP, specify the volumes of the SMR independently, with a visit to the facility; confirm the cost of the costs with a local estimate in the WinRIK program.
The works are delivered "turnkey": all reinforced concrete structures must be dismantled, all scrap metal cut into pieces no longer than 6 meters, sorted, stored. Subsequent change (increase) the cost of work is not allowed.
6) provision of the following documents (before the start of work):
- PPR for carrying out works;
- Certified lists of employees admitted to work;
- Certified copies of the briefing log at the workplace;
- Certified copies of orders on the appointment of those responsible for OT, PB, Height, Electrical safety, etc.
- Copies of certificates-protocols for the persons specified in the order;
- Copies of medical reports for work at height;
- Copies of certificates of employees on labor protection and work at height;
- Work order-admission to work at height;
- Certificate of admission for the production of construction and installation works on the territory of an operating enterprise (organization);
- documents for scaffolding (test date, passport, inv.number);
- documents for safety tethers (passport, test date, registered in the work permit);
- Information about the material and technical resources of the organization.
7) Recultivation of the site after dismantling is strictly mandatory.
