Bidders can submit their proposals for certain lots of the call for bids, but necessarily for all the items within a selected lot

Restriction on submission of a bid higher than previously submitted
Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.
Assignment of the 1st rank (position) to a bid does not imply the bidder's winning, but enhances the bid's preferability for the Buyer when selecting the winner, all other factors being equal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Mandatory conditions:
Payment terms-mandatory deferral of 60 calendar days
The supplier is ready to supply, dismantle and install the entire range of RIMS in accordance with the TOR
The supplier is ready to dispose of the dismantled ROME on its own
The supplier is ready to perform work only at night
The supplier is ready to provide samples of the product for consideration according to the technical task for samples
The supplier is ready to remove all cables together with the ceiling mounts
The supplier is ready to perform the installation of RIMS at a ceiling height of 8-10 m
Lot #1 and Lot #2:
Dismantling ROME Indoor – 29.05.2021-03.06.2021
Installation of ROME Indoor – 16.07.2021-23.07.2021
Dismantling/Outdoor installation 12.07.2021-15.07.2021

You must also specify how many calendar days are required for the production of ROME Outdoor and ROME Indoor.

Submission of price offers only in RUBLES

The bidder can repeatedly improve their price offer until the end of the submission of applications.

Only one legal entity may participate in the tender procedure from a group of affiliated (related) companies. Otherwise, it is considered as a restriction of competition and is the basis for the withdrawal from the competition of all affiliated participants.
