The Buyer has the right to unilaterally reduce/increase the number of RIMS by 30% (both upward and downward) from the amount agreed upon by the parties in this Specification or Order. At the same time, the remaining terms of the delivery terms, including the terms for the price and deferred payment, remain unchanged.
The supplier is ready to work under the terms of the contract. The protocol of disagreements is not considered
