Bidders can submit their proposals for certain lots of the call for bids, but necessarily for all the items within a selected lot

Restriction on submission of a bid higher than previously submitted
Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.
Assignment of the 1st rank (position) to a bid does not imply the bidder's winning, but enhances the bid's preferability for the Buyer when selecting the winner, all other factors being equal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Mandatory conditions:
Payment terms - mandatory postponement of 60 kalends.days
The supplier is ready to supply, dismantle and install the entire range of RIMS in accordance with the TOR
The supplier is ready to dispose of the dismantled ROME on its own
The supplier is ready to perform work only at night
The supplier is ready to provide samples of ROME for consideration according to the technical task for samples
The supplier is ready to dismantle all cables together with ceiling fasteners when dismantling mobile phones
The supplier is ready to perform the installation of the RIM at a ceiling height of 8-10 m
Delivery must be included in the price.
The Buyer has the right to unilaterally reduce/increase the number of RIMS by 30% (both upward and downward) from the amount agreed upon by the parties in this Specification or Order. At the same time, the remaining terms of the delivery terms, including the terms for the price and deferred payment, remain unchanged.
The supplier is ready to work under the terms of the contract. The protocol of disagreements is not considered
Dismantling/installation of ROME indoor according to the schedule
Specify the number of calendar days for the production of ROME Indoor
Specify the validity period of the KP

Submission of price offers only in RUBLES.
Participation is free.
EDS is not required.

The bidder may repeatedly improve his price offer until the end of the submission of applications.

Only one legal entity may participate in the tender procedure from a group of affiliated (related) companies. Otherwise, it is considered as a restriction of competition and is the basis for the withdrawal of all affiliated participants from the competition.
