Bids submission deadline
Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
Payment for the actually rendered Services for the repair of each freight car is made by the Customer in the amount of 100% within 30 * (thirty) calendar days from the date of receipt of the invoice issued on the basis of the acceptance certificate of the services rendered and the invoice signed by the Parties.
* When concluding an agreement with small and medium-sized businesses based on the results of purchases, the participants of which are only small and medium-sized businesses, the settlement period is no more than 15 working days (according to the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of September 18, 2019 No. 1205 "On Amending the Regulation small and medium-sized businesses in the procurement of goods, works, services by certain types of legal entities, the annual volume of such purchases and the procedure for calculating the specified volume) from the moment the Customer signs the act of services rendered and receives an invoice.

This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.

Documentation relating to this call for bids is available in e-form free of charge at B2B-Center e-marketplace (www.b2b-center.ru) starting from the date the call for bids is published.
Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
