Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:The customer shall make a calculation with the contractor on the fact of execution of a separate stage of work within a period not later than 15 (fifteen) banking days after signing the certificate of acceptance of executed works, certificates on the cost of work performed and costs and providing Invoice. Calculations are made by transferring funds to the current account of the contractor. According to the agreement of the parties other forms of calculation stipulated by the current legislation may be applied.

2. Brief description of the work:
Carrying out of planned kinds of repair of hopper-cars and covered wagons.
Carrying out of flaw detection, repair, and in case of necessity of replacement of the rejected wheel pairs the organization of carrying out of overhaul of wheel pairs of the customer under contracts of the contractor.
Transfer of hopper cars and covered wagons, on the system of maintenance and repair on actually executed volume of works (mileage in kilometers).
After completion of the repair, the transfer of wagons to the working park with the right to go to the common use of the system Gvtz JSC "RZD".
