Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Решение о выборе победителя будет приниматься Тендерным комитетом ООО "СПАР Миддл Волга".
Победителем по сотрудничеству признается участник предложивших наилучшие условия сотрудничества, при полном соответствии требованиям, предъявленным к участникам конкурса.
В тендере принимают участие только Производители.
Количество, заявленное в тендере, является Ежемесячной потребностью.
