Conducting children's animation programs in 10 cafes for 5 hours.
Requirements for the event:
• During the event hours, animators constantly interact with children and invite them to participate.
• The animation program should include various formats: role-playing games, quizzes, relay races, magic tricks, quests, etc.
• Every day on the day of the event, a full-fledged master class is held for 60 minutes. For example: painting forms; marmarizing; weaving; three-dimensional figures; scrapbooking, etc.
• Daily on the day of the event aquagrim.
• Event concepts should be diverse and modern, taking into account gender and calendar holidays.
• Providing a universal character costume to be used during themed events
• Provision of a weekly report in a format agreed with the Customer
• Provision of a monthly report in a format agreed with the Customer

Requirements for the agency:
• Experience in the event services market for at least 3 years
• Experience in conducting events in HoReCa, preferably in network concepts
• Providing at least 3 letters of recommendation from customers from the restaurant business
• Development of an action plan for the year
• Provision of scenarios for each event 1 month before the event
• Provision of a project coordinator
• Provision of a supervisor to control animators during the days of animation
• Provision of billboard design, according to customer requirements

These auctions are an internal procedure for selecting a contractor, supplier, contractor and should not be considered as auctions in the sense of the requirements of Articles 447-449, 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and the Federal Law "On Protection of Competition".
