The bidder must attach a quotation signed by the person responsible and on letterhead. Attach a photo of gifts, a certificate of conformity for the item. The quotation submitted through the ETP functionality must match the price in the offer.

- The units of measurement in the CP must match those requested;
- product attitude (free seller, dealer, manufacturer, etc. );
- delivery time to the Buyer's warehouse;
- delivery method
When applying to participate in the request for proposals, you must attach the articles of incorporation (the list is supported by the documentation).
Please note that this request is not a notice of a competition (public tender) or a public offer and is not governed by Art. 447 — 449 part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Article 1057 — 1061 h. 2 GK RF. Therefore, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil liability on the Organizer and reserves the right to withdraw all Proposals received for any Proposals received cause or terminate the selection process at any time without incurring any liability to the Participants.
