An offer must contain the following information:

7. In case of non-support of the commercial offer, reference list, financial statements to the application at electronic bidding, the Tender Organizer reserves the right not to consider the offer of this bidder.
8. By submitting an offer, the bidder agrees to work under the standard contract of the Tender Organizer (Appendix No. 1).
