Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.
Assignment of the 1st rank (position) to a bid does not imply the bidder's winning, but enhances the bid's preferability for the Buyer when selecting the winner, all other factors being equal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:payment for the work performed and accepted by the customer shall be made monthly on the basis of the invoice within 90 days from the date of signing by the Parties of the Act on acceptance of completed works (form KS-2) and certificates of the cost of work performed and costs (Form KS-3)

In case an advance payment is provided to the contractor, it shall be secured by a bank guarantee. The terms of bank guarantee and the guarantor bank shall be agreed by the parties to the contract. Bank guarantee shall be issued by a guarantor bank listed in TOP-20 based on net assets (if it is a Russian bank) or a bank rated at least "AA" according to S&P scale ("High-quality liabilities") or equivalent rating by international rating agencies.
