Vladivostok branch of LLC TD Polymetal invites you to take part in the procurement procedure for the search for a contractor for the diagnosis and repair of gearboxes, bridges and other mechanical units of stationary equipment, mining and self-propelled mining equipment for the needs of LLC ZK Mayskoye (Chaunsky district, Chukotka Autonomous Okrug) and LLC Svetloye (Khabarovsk Krai, Okhotsk district).

1. Detailed requirements for this project are reflected in the procurement documentation:
- terms of reference with applications;
- the "Offer Cards" form to fill out;
- a list of requirements for the composition of the KP.

2. To participate in this procurement procedure, all tabs of the "Offer Card" form must be filled in.

3. Proposals submitted without the documentation specified in the list of requirements for the composition of the KP are not accepted for consideration.

4. The main criteria for choosing the best offer:
- compliance of the commercial offer with the requirements of the TOR;
- availability of the necessary documents in accordance with the TOR and the requirements of the procurement documentation;
- experience of similar work;
- terms and cost of work;
- payment terms;
- the quality of filling in the procurement documentation.

5. This request for proposal procedure is not a competition, a public competition and its conduct is not regulated by Articles 447-449, 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
Thus, this request for proposal procedure does not impose on the Customer an appropriate amount of civil obligations.
