If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Delivery terms:Delivery-acceptance of works is carried out on the basis of the act of completed works.
Operational and technical documentation is also submitted for delivery and acceptance.
Upon delivery and acceptance of the automation system created within the framework of this
work, preliminary tests are carried out in order to confirm the operability of the automation system and compliance with the requirements of the Requirements Specification.
According to the results of the tests, as necessary, the Contractor
adjusts the operational and technical documentation and eliminates the identified
deficiencies.The contractor must provide free technical and consulting
support, as well as troubleshooting within 12 months from the date
of final acceptance of the system.

We would like to draw your attention to the fact that this request is not a Bid Notice on holding a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Articles 447-449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Articles 1057-1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer and reserves the right to refuse all received Offers for any reason or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability to the Bidders.
