Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.
Assignment of the 1st rank (position) to a bid does not imply the bidder's winning, but enhances the bid's preferability for the Buyer when selecting the winner, all other factors being equal.

Minimum bid increment/decrement
The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing per unit price for each item from their previously submitted proposal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

I. THE COMPLETED SPECIFICATION FILE MUST BE ATTACHED TO THE PRICE OFFER
II. In the commercial offer, you must specify:
A) the warranty period for emergency repairs
B) agreement that all parts of the mechanisms that have failed and are subject to replacement remain on the territory of the Customer and are not transferred to the Contractor.
III. The completed and signed Prequalification and Qualification forms must be attached to the commercial offer

3. To the first and last sentence - please attach your KP. Also, in the commercial offer, it is necessary to specify the payment condition if it differs from the Customer's conditions.

The bidding procedure will be conducted without the second stage – rebidding.
Counterparties must conduct auctions and submit their final proposals within one stage, in real time, as well as within the time allotted in each procedure.

Rebidding is possible in exceptional cases, without informing about the rebidding in advance in the description of the procedure.
Counterparties should start from notifications coming to the email address.
