Comments: Dear Gentlemen!
1. This procedure is sent in accordance with the Tender Regulations of the Tender Organizer within the framework of the procedure of request for commercial proposals, which (as well as the Preliminary selection of the Contractor) is not an offer, auction or competition and its conduct is not regulated by Art. 447-449, part 1 and 1057-1061, part 2 of the Civil Code.
Thus, this procedure does not impose on the Organizer the corresponding amount of civil obligations and reserves the right to refuse all received Offers for any reason or to terminate the selection process at any time without giving reasons, without incurring any liability to the Participant.$
To participate in the tender it is necessary to send through ETP www.b2b-center.ru the following package of documents:
1. Calculation, justification of cost
2. Documents listed in Appendix No. 3 to this invitation (List of mandatory documents provided by bidders as part of the application).
3. Official letter of the potential supplier (Applicant) on absence of circumstances preventing participation in the tender
4. By participating in this procedure, the Participant confirms the cost of diagnostics, maintenance (CO) and repair of equipment (BMA centrifuges, BWS) is determined on the basis of the provided costing. The cost and conditions specified in the procedure cannot be changed unilaterally and is valid for 2020, applicable to all works performed by the Participant:
- full diagnostics of machines after the end of the beet season, with the exception of frequency converter;
- replacement of worn and faulty components during maintenance and repair services, excluding the cost of spare parts.
3. Prices shall be shown without VAT and shall include all Contractor's costs and Contractor's remuneration, applicable to all business units of SBS RUSAGRO
8. Payment will be made in rubles upon expiration of 45 (forty-five) calendar days on the first payment day of the Customer (working Monday and Wednesday) after completion of works and signing of Acceptance and Transfer Certificates. If you cannot confirm the requested payment terms, please offer your own. Please note that any advance payment must be provided by Bank Guarantee (not welcome). Standard penalties of 2.5% per week. (see contract template)
8. The bidder (s) shall be approved by the Chairman of the tender committee.
9. All trades for Rusagro contractors on ETP B2B are free. EDS is not required at the moment.
