Restriction on submission of a bid higher than previously submitted

Comments: 1. This competitive procedure for the preliminary selection of the Supplier is sent in accordance with the Tender Regulations of the Tender Organizer in the framework of the procedure for requesting commercial proposals, which (like the Supplier's preliminary selection procedure itself) is not an offer, auction or competition and is not regulated by Art. 447-449 h. 1 and 1057-1061 h. 2 of the Civil Code. Thus, this procedure does not impose on the Organizer a corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations and reserves the right to refuse all received proposals for any reason or to terminate the selection procedure at any time without giving reasons without incurring any responsibility to Participants.
2. The organizer of the tender reserves the right to choose several winners by dividing the delivery of the specified quantity of goods at its discretion and without explanation of the reasons among several potential suppliers participating in the competitive procedure.
3. Organization / documentation that does not meet the requirements and forms specified in the notice, the Organizer has the right to reject without explanation and recognize this documentation, and, accordingly, the Applicant that does not meet the requirements of this competitive procedure.
4. The organizer of the tender procedure reserves the right to adjust the final quantity of goods and delivery time at the stage of signing the contract.
