Payment terms:
100% payment for the goods shall be made after the goods are delivered to the Buyer's warehouse, 25% prepayment, 75% final settlement of account after the goods are received at the Buyer's warehouse.

Comments: Acceptance of the goods shall be performed at the Buyer's warehouse. 1) Commercial offer shall be executed on official blank form which must be stamped and signed by the chief executive officer, it must be attached to the purchasing documentation. 2) The following details must be specified in a commercial offer: 1) The price of the goods and materials including VAT, including the cost of delivery to the Buyer’s warehouse and the cost of packaging (the packaging must comply with GOST 15846-2002 and GOST 14192-96), - measurement units in commercial offer shall be as requested; - relation to the products - (independent seller, dealer, representative, manufacturer, etc.); - term of delivery to the Buyer’s warehouse, warranty terms and conditions; - approximate volume and weight (for the total volume); - delivery method; - conformity with the agreement. 3) The products shall be new, no used. 4) Before dispatching of the goods the photos of the product packaging and the product marking must be provided (requirements to the marking are given in the uploaded documentation). 5) This procedure of request for proposals is not a tender, it is not regulated by Articles 447-449, Section 1, Civil Code of the Russian Federation; 6) This procedure is not a public tender, it is not regulated by Articles 1057-1061, Section 2, Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
