Delivery terms:The supplier must have special permits for the transport of AI-92 gasoline, the goods are delivered within 12 (twelve) hours from the receipt of the application from the Customer.
DT will be selected upon receipt of the application indicating the amount of required fuel from the Customer within 12 (twelve) hours.
Gasoline AI-92-K5 - supplied by the supplier on a DDP basis.
DT-L-K5 summer / winter GOST 32511-2013. - issued by the supplier (location of the base, warehouse) within a radius of 20 km. Astrakhan city.
Georeferencing:- 359130, Russian Federation, Republic of Kalmykia, Iki-Burulsky district, approximately 7.3 km south-west of the landmark p. Kordon Kevyudovsky CFR Iki-Burulsky district of the Republic of Kazakhstan
- 12 km northeast of the village of Naryn-Khuduk, Chernozemelsky district of the republic
Comments:
1. Please, submit any questions concerning the bidding procedure via e-marketplace functionality ("Request for Clarifications").
2. Participants of this procedure MUST, before opening the envelopes, attach the Applicant's Questionnaire and documents according to the list simultaneously with the proposal and a file in the form of a scanned copy of their commercial proposal (indicating delivery dates), signed by an authorized person and certified by the organization’s seal, to their proposals in electronic form -participant of this procedure. In case a participant fails to comply with this requirement bidding organizer has the right not to consider such participant's proposal.
Proposals validity period - 30 days at least.
3. The supplier of the products must be the manufacturer, or the official dealer of the manufacturer, or the distributor (the participant provides the supporting documents at the same time as the offer).
4. The cost of production should be unchanged for the entire delivery period (written confirmation).

Note: Note, this RFP is not a notice of tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not subject to Articles 447 - 449, Part I, and Articles 1057 - 1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil obligations on the Customer, and the Customer reserves the right to refuse all the received proposals for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability towards the participants.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
