Payment terms:Payment is made on the basis of invoices and invoices upon delivery within 10 calendar days.
Delivery terms:1. Product name: petroleum products — diesel fuel (summer DT-L-K5, Zimneyedt-Z-K5)
2. Purpose of the goods and purposes of use: the purpose of fuel is to use it as fuel for forklifts and road transport
3. Quantity of goods delivered: Estimated fuel requirement of 96 tons for a period of 12 (twelve) months. The delivery is carried out once every 1 month for 8 tons.
4. Terms of delivery of goods: Supply (including delivery) of fuel to the Customer to make at the address Sverdlovsk region, St. Yekaterinburg st. Titova 27. The delivery should be made within 12 months from the date of signing the contract according to the submitted applications. The volume of a single supply is 8 tons. The delivery frequency is once in 1 month.
5. Terms of payment for goods: Payment is made on the basis of the invoice issued and the goods invoice upon delivery within 10 calendar days.

b) Information on the mechanical equipment of the applicant; information on the availability of qualified personnel on the subject of the tender (for construction, installation and design and survey work).
c) The charter of the company (for the winner of the tender), if any (the individual entrepreneur is not requested).
d) Copies of certified financial statements (if the company is preparing financial statements) for the last reporting period e) Certified tax returns (VAT, income tax, simplified tax) for 2 most recent reporting periods at the time of reporting.
e) Tax Registration Certificate.
f) Certificate of entry in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities (Unified State Register of Legal Entities) or EGRIP (for individual entrepreneurs).
e) Behgalter reporting for the 1st and 2nd quarter of 2020.
g) Licenses (if necessary to perform works (services), SRO)
h) A document (order, order, power of attorney, bank card) confirming the right to sign and samples of signatures of the head, chief accountant or authorized persons signing financial documents (including invoices, bills of lading).
i) Certificate of absence of tax debts and duties from the Tax Inspectorate (Certificate of tax debt for the purposes of the tender must be received no more than 1 month at the time of the tender).
j) Dealer/Distributor Confirmation Letter from the Manufacturer (if applicable).
l) An extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities or EGRIP with a date of issue no later than 30 days.
m) Minutes (decision, order) on the appointment (election) of the head of the organization.
n) Certificate of ownership or lease agreement for office space at the actual location.
o) Information on the average number of employees for the previous calendar year (KND form 1110018).




In the absence of all mandatory information in the commercial offer or violation of the order of the items on the list, the commercial offer will not be considered and accepted for auction.



This request for proposals procedure is not a tender and its conduct is not regulated by Articles 447-449 of Part One of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
